Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and leadership-minded SmartSort/Data Entry Coordinator to join our Warehouse Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving daily production goals through hands-on supervision, optimizing inventory accuracy via Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and providing the high-level operational reporting necessary to scale our fulfillment capabilities.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise and develop a high-performing team by overseeing daily workflows, providing real-time performance feedback, and mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety standards.

  • Manage end-to-end operational execution including the coordination of incoming/outgoing shipments, resource allocation for production schedules, and the maintenance of precise inventory records.

  • Drive data-informed decision-making by tracking production metrics and generating operational reports for leadership to ensure all company KPIs and job assignments are completed on time.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience with leadership experience, be able to manage a high paced team with specific KPI's and metrics

  • Ability to lead by example and directs the team as well as workflow

  • Ability to manage and lead between 15 - 20 people as well as develop and train.

  • Proven ability in conflict management and team dynamics, with a track record of monitoring daily production goals and meeting performance KPIs.

  • Salary details: $25.00 - 27.00 (Paid biweekly) with Annual Merit Increases.

  • Shifts: Monday -Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (Must flexible)
