Job Description

This positionis responsible forensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of constituent data across multiple systems, includingPaciolanand Raiser's Edge. The Data Integrity Specialist will use analytical skills to detect patterns,identifyanomalies, and conduct detailed data integrity checks. The role requires close collaboration with University Advancement (UA) staff to resolve data exceptions,eliminateduplicate records, and support large-scale data review and clean-up projects. This is to ensure campaign readiness and reliable reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update constituent records to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Assistinidentifyingand resolving duplicate records and other data discrepancies.
  • Perform basic data quality checks and helpidentifytrends, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Support data clean-up projects related to fundraising campaigns, reporting, and business operations.
  • Collaborate with University Advancement staff, including the Donor Records team, to correct data issues.
  • Enter, update, and verify information whilemaintaininga high levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document completed work, data issuesidentified, and resolutions applied.
  • Follow established procedures and data standards to helpmaintaindata integrity across systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno in good academic standing
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn new software systems and follow established processes
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience with data entry, administrative support, customer service, or database work is helpful but not required
      • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team

      • Flexible between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
      • Need set schedule, but will work around school commitments
