Job description

Front Desk Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Boise, ID.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression while providing essential administrative support to keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
