- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 1+ years of professional experience (including internships) working across teams, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and effective communication, with a track record of delivering high-quality, timely outcomes; preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
- Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Imply) along with proficiency in SQL with Databricks is required; Hands-on experience with Python and/or similar scripting languages like PySpark is a plus
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage workload effectively
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapting to evolving priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and lead by example in team settings
- Intellectually curious, with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
- Experience in data engineering, data intelligence, application/database development, or analytics, with a solid understanding of data modeling principles (database design, entity relationships, unique identifiers) and software development best practices, including modularization, testing, and refactoring
- There is a mixture of remote and on-site work; travel requirements fluctuate based on client engagements. You should be willing and able to travel up to 75% when needed, although actual travel may be significantly lower
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams across diverse disciplines, cultures, and time zones
