Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

66,500 - 83,100

We are looking forData Scientist internsfor our growingteam!

What you'll do here:

  • Transform complex data sets into meaningful conclusionsandrecommendations;

  • Complete high-quality coding and leverage commonly used packages & libraries to perform assigned technical tasks assign other assigned technical tasks

  • Gain experience working with various types of data, including geomatics,telematics,textualdata, andimagedata;

  • Technical skills: Python, NLP/LLM

What you bring to the table:

  • CurrentlypursingaBachelor's,Master's, or PhD degree in a field related to data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or any other relatedfield.

  • Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for theFall 2026 Term (September to December).

  • Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school inWinter 2027semesterfollowing your internship.

  • No Canadian work experiencerequired, butmust be eligible to work in Canada.

  • Experience in data science, machine learning, ordeeplearning;

  • At least one previous internship in a similar orrelatedrole;

  • Experience in a financial services company (an asset);

  • Strong analytical abilities andproblem-solvingskills;

  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment tocontinuouslearning;

  • Excellent communication skills with a passionfortechnology;

  • Self-reliant witha strongsenseofresponsibility;
