Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the project
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of work on a Data Center construction project
  • Run project control systems for the benefit of the project team
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate CPM schedules and milestone updates
  • Support Last Planner / White Board crew scheduling and look-ahead planning
  • Track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and other project communications
  • Act as a project analyst; assess project controls information and assist jobsite leadership in problem-solving and identifying alternate methods to achieve project success
  • Provide estimating take-offs and support for analysis, budgeting, and change orders
  • Attend client meetings onsite and collaborate with trade contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Prepare information for and participate in monthly project reviews
  • Assist in procurement, expediting materials, and coordinating subcontracts
  • Help coordinate documentation and communication related to commissioning, turnover, and project closeout as needed
  • Promote the Interstates safety culture daily
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Able to track and organize projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to continuously adjusting project systems to plan and deliver projects successfully
  • Strong team building, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of clients, peers, and managers
  • Able to manage details, deadlines, and multiple project activities at once
  • Interest in learning how complex industrial and mission-critical facilities are built and delivered
Education
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in Construction Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
Compensation
  • The base pay range for this position is $68,000-$78,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Pay is determined by job-related skills, training, education, and experience.
Travel

Able to travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time.
