Job Title: Cabling Technician (Data Center)
Location: Lithia Springs, GA (Atlanta Area)
Pay: Based on experience
Job Description
We are hiring Cabling Technicians for a data center project in Lithia Springs, GA. Candidates should have experience installing and supporting structured cabling systems in commercial or data center environments.
Responsibilities
Install, route, label, and secure Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling.
Pull and dress cables through trays, conduits, and overhead pathways.
Terminate and test copper and fiber cables.
Install patch panels, racks, cabinets, and cable management systems.
Read basic blueprints and follow installation standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Work with the team to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements
At least 1+ year of structured cabling or data center experience.
Experience with Cat5e, Cat6, and/or fiber optic cabling.
Ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment.
Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
