Job description

This role will bridge the gap between data analytics and executive-level business strategy. Candidate will be the primary point of contact for this engagement, responsible for defining the RGM roadmap and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights that drive top- and bottom-line growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems.
  • Serve as the overall lead for the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) program, driving strategic initiatives across pricing, promotions, assortment, and portfolio optimization.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
  • Responsible for managing analytics projects, collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger's team situated globally.
  • Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to VP-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Define and execute the RGM analytics roadmap, translating business priorities into actionable analytics programs that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead client discussions on pricing strategy, promotion effectiveness, trade investment optimization, assortment planning, and commercial performance improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with business, commercial, sales, marketing, and category management teams to identify opportunities for growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and thought leadership by leveraging analytics to influence key business decisions and long-term growth strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Consulting professionals to deliver high-impact RGM solutions.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of professional work experience, including at least 3 years of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) experience.
  • Strong domain expertise within the CPG and/or Manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client's team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
  • Proven experience leading RGM programs and driving initiatives related to Pricing, Promotion Effectiveness, Assortment Optimization, Trade Promotion Analytics, and Portfolio Management.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong project management and team management skills, with the ability to work with global teams.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools such as R and Python, along with visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience defining analytics roadmaps and delivering strategic recommendations that drive both top-line growth and margin improvement.
  • Familiarity with commercial analytics, sales analytics, category management, customer profitability analytics, and demand forecasting is highly preferred.
  • Graduate in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
