As the OT Security Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding The Toro Company's Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity program across our global manufacturing operations. Working closely with plant operations, engineering teams, and enterprise cybersecurity, you will help protect critical industrial systems while supporting safe and reliable production environments. Your success will be measured by your ability to improve OT security visibility, reduce operational cyber risk, and support the ongoing maturity of our OT security capabilities.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
  • Enhance visibility and monitoring of OT assets, systems, and network activity across manufacturing environments.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and IT teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks impacting industrial systems.
  • Support OT network segmentation, secure remote access, and protection of critical manufacturing infrastructure.
  • Assist with OT incident response activities, investigations, and continuous improvement of security processes.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of TTC's global OT cybersecurity program and governance practices.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, IT infrastructure, industrial systems, or related technical disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting OT, ICS, SCADA, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Working knowledge of industrial control systems, cybersecurity principles, and network security concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Industrial Control Systems (ICS)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operational environments.
  • Experience with OT security monitoring, asset discovery, vulnerability management, or risk assessment.
  • SCADA Fence.
  • Professional certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or related cybersecurity credentials.
  • Experience supporting OT security initiatives, incident response, or industrial network segmentation projects.
  • Ability to travel globally as business needs require >20%

  • Competitive Salary - The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $96,900 - $121,100. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by company policy and performance metrics. If you need to, you can access your pay early with the dailypay app.
