Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Red Team Security Engineer IV to work in Colorado Springs, CO. ALL candidates MUST have an active TS/SCI security clearance to qualify for consideration.
  • The qualified candidate will support a Red Team Aggressor Mission conducting Cyber Threat emulation.
  • Activities include supporting exercises, operational assessments, Test and Evaluation events,and other training events.
  • Provide an intelligence based cyber threat emulation team acting as a cyber oppositional force to evaluate a system, system of systems, or enterprise environment's ability to continue to operate in cyber contested environments.
  • Work with client to create standard operating procedures for Cyber Red Team operations. Actively assist in training of new Red Team operators assigned to client.

Three must haves-
  • Previous Government Red Team experience
  • Ability to create procedural documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Passion for Red Team work, and self start ability to solve complex cyber security problems.

Qualifications
  • ALL candidates MUST have an active TS/SCI security clearance to qualify for consideration.
  • BS and 6-8 years of experience or 2 additional years if only AA or 4 additional years if no degree.
  • IAT Level II: Sec +, OSCP, Sec X, RTJC, or other cyber security certificate is desired

Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

COMPENSATION:
$175K-$185K
