Job description

Job Summary:
The Finance Development Analyst Intern Program is a 10-week internship designed to provide hands-on experience across the broader Finance organization, including Strategic Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Development. Interns will support the enterprise through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and tool development to influence decision-making and provide strategic insights. The program also offers exposure to analysts in the Finance Development Analyst Program (FDAP), a two-year rotational program. Successful interns may be considered for full-time placement post-graduation into FDAP. This hybrid program offers mentorship, professional development, and exposure to high-impact projects that shape the financial direction of the company.
Job Duties And Responsibilities:
• Support one or more business units or departments from an end-to-end financial perspective.
• Participate in trainings, information sessions, and one-on-one meetings with finance and business leaders.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, produce financial statements, generate forecasts, and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with Treasury on capital adequacy, liquidity, and interest rate risk.
• Assist Corporate Development with strategic analyses.
• Present a Capstone summary to the broader finance organization at the end of the internship.
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
  • Currently enrolled in bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university with major course work in a closely related field. Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products, including advanced Excel skills.
