Job description

Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Performance Marketing Analyst to join our global remote team!

Role Objective

As a Performance Marketing Analyst at IncubatorLab.ai, you will be the daily eyes on our paid advertising across Meta and Google. You will serve as the connective tissue between our ideas and our results-tracking ads from the moment they are planned in ClickUp, following them into the ad platforms, and reporting every day on what's winning, what's losing, and what's picking up spend.

What You'll Do

  • Track Ad Lifecycles: Monitor ads from initial planning in ClickUp to launch in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Daily Reporting: Deliver daily performance reporting detailing spend, results, and key metrics to show which ads are working and which aren't.
  • Monitor Spend: Track which ads are picking up spend day-to-day and flag early winners and losers.
  • Traceability: Match live ads back to their source ideas and briefs in ClickUp so every ad is traceable to its concept.
  • Hypothesis Tracking: Track the specific hypotheses we are testing and report whether each idea is performing or falling flat.
  • Data Management: Keep ClickUp updated so the team always has an accurate, current view of what is live and how it is performing.
  • Provide Recommendations: Surface trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations from the raw data to help guide creative and spend decisions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager reading and interpreting ad performance data.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp (or a comparable project management tool) for tracking tasks and ideas.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and turning raw ad data into clear, simple daily reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized-able to match ads across multiple platforms without losing track.
  • Reliable and consistent, as this is a daily reporting role.
  • Clear communicator who can explain what the data means, rather than just reporting the numbers.

Qualities That Are Nice to Have

  • Experience in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) / e-commerce or high-volume creative-testing environment.
  • Familiarity with tracking creative hypotheses or structured ad testing.

Working Hours: Async-First

We are a global, remote team. We don't care when you do the work, provided deadlines are met and the quality is top-tier. We do ask for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and Slack communication. This ensures we stay agile and can iterate on winning ads in real-time.

How to Apply

We value data-backed insights. To be considered, please submit your resume and highlight your experience managing ad data, building reporting frameworks, and tracking campaign performance.

What's atypical about the company: Incubator Labs is a performance-focused growth organization that builds and scales brands through rapid experimentation, creative iteration, and disciplined execution. We operate as an internal growth engine, not an agency.

Application Process: Interested candidates should apply directly for consideration. Upon submitting your application, our hiring team will review your credentials and will notify you if you are selected to participate in the interview process. We appreciate your interest in IncubatorLab and kindly ask that you refrain from inquiries to our teams via LinkedIn. No third party or agency submissions will be accepted.

Equal Opportunity Employer: IncubatorLab is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please feel free to contact us.
