Job description

Who we're looking for: A highly motivated and creative Marketing and Operations Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in both operations and marketing. You will work closely with our team to support various initiatives, from streamlining processes to executing marketing campaigns. Please note this position is based on-site at our Andover office and is not a role that can be performed remotely.
What you'll do:
  • Marketing:
    • Support marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
    • Assist in market research and competitive analysis.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
    • Help with event planning and execution.
    • Analyze marketing data and provide insights.
  • Operations:
    • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Contribute to the development of operational documentation and procedures.
