Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply is a network of highly specialized companies supporting global industrial groups operating in the telecom and media, industry and services, banking, insurance and public administration sectors in the definition and development of business models enabled for the new paradigms of AI, cloud computing, digital media and the Internet of Things. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services.

The Internal Communications Team of Reply is looking for an intern in our Chicago office! The internship is paid and part-time (up to 30 hours per week) for 6 months, fully in office, with the potential for converting full-time after graduation. Our goal is networking and creating a common culture in all the Reply offices in the US (Atlanta, Auburn Hills, Bellevue, Chicago, Kansas City, Malvern, Seattle).

Responsibilities
  • Plan & deliver employee-dedicated events such as trainings, webinars, and employee experience. Our goal is networking and creating a common culture in all the Reply offices in the US (Atlanta, Bloomfield Hills, Bellevue, Chicago, Kansas City, Malvern)
  • Continuously research and implement new formats and communication techniques
  • Master the art of strategic thinking & creating content
  • Grow your technical competence and experiment with generative AI (creating AI agents, using them to optimize your daily work, developing vibe coding)
  • Work in a team, travel, know, and speak with a lot of different people 
Minimum Requirements
  • Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Knowledge of producing video and editing video tools (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Adobe After Effects...)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver,..)  
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools for prompting, building new AI agents, using graphics and video-oriented AI Apps (Midjourney, Runway)
  • Experience with Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

The base compensation for this part-time position is $15/hr plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
