Outside Sales Representative

Houston & South Texas


Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support growth across the Houston and South Texas region. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and promoting advanced control valve solutions within the Oil & Gas sector.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Houston and South Texas Oil & Gas control valve market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market research and customer engagement.

• Build and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering value-driven control valve solutions.

• Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity tracking. Qualifications & Skills

• Proven success in outside sales within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Proven success with control valve solutions.

• Strong knowledge of the Houston and South Texas Oil & Gas market.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales objectives.

• Technical understanding of control valve technologies is preferred.


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of two (5) years of successful outside sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a demonstrated history of control valve sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Certifications: Relevant sales or industry certifications related to control valve solutions are considered an asset.


Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Houston and South Texas region.

• Flexibility to accommodate irregular business hours
