Position Summary...What you'll do...Responsible for the scheduling processing and production of product Ensures processing areas are clean before and after use Monitors and operates the HTST system according to PMO standards including the daily use of computers and HMI systems Responsible for monitoring and adjusting milk unloading schedules as necessary Coordinates CIP systems according to PMO and food safety plans Responsible for the coordination of chocolate batching Identifies process issues andor deviations and escalates to management as necessary Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines Uses personal protective equipment Operates machinery and equipment safely Reports any hazards near misses injuries or accidents immediately Actively participates in safety trainings and drills Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others Successfully accomplishes work assignments and prioritizes tasks by utilizing policies and available resources Collaborates effectively with managers coworkers and business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations Carries out assigned tasks communicating progress and relevant information Actively identifies and suggests ways to address improvement opportunities Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn from change difficulties and feedback Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
