Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the execution of social media strategies, influencer marketing initiatives, brand activations, and community engagement across our beauty brands. This role will work closely with external agencies and cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, support product launches, and execute integrated marketing initiatives through engaging content, creator partnerships, and brand experiences.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to manage social media content calendars and ensure timely content delivery across all brands.
  • Review and provide feedback on social media content to maintain brand consistency, quality, and engagement.
  • Support integrated digital marketing initiatives by collaborating with Brand, PR, Performance Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce teams.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and always-on brand initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activation initiatives across digital and offline channels to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, and product discovery.
  • Support brand collaboration projects and partnership campaigns by coordinating with internal teams, external partners, influencers, and agencies to maximize campaign impact.
  • Coordinate social media and influencer support for offline events, pop-up events, PR events, retail activations, and product launches to maximize brand visibility and content opportunities.
  • Support community planning and engagement initiatives by developing content plans and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships with online communities and consumers.
  • Assist in managing paid social content and campaign assets in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team.
  • Identify social media trends, cultural moments, and emerging platform features to recommend new content opportunities.
  • Support influencer and creator marketing initiatives, including talent sourcing, outreach, product seeding, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, brand ambassadors, agencies, and key partners.
  • Coordinate content creation, photoshoots, and campaign deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Track campaign performance, monitor social media metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies, including AI tools that enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.

Additional Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related role (internships are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Passion for beauty, social media, digital culture, brand activation, and creator marketing.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience supporting influencer campaigns, brand activations, events, or partnership marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar) is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
