Drive the Schedule: Develop and manage the project schedule, including Three Week Look Ahead plans. Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, and material deliveries to keep the project on track and maintain momentum.
Coordinate Trades & Execution: Manage sequencing of work across all trades and ensure proper coordination throughout the project. Communicate expectations clearly and hold teams accountable to project timelines and standards.
Maintain Quality Standards: Implement and enforce project-specific quality control processes. Ensure all work meets IMC standards and contract requirements, with a strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Reinforce Safety Standards: Lead by example in upholding IMC's "Safety First" culture. Ensure safety protocols are followed across the jobsite and that all teams are working in a safe and well-managed environment.
Manage Site Logistics: Develop and maintain site logistics and temporary facilities plans. Ensure the jobsite remains organized, efficient, and properly staged throughout all phases of construction.
Oversee Inspections & Compliance: Coordinate all required inspections and testing, including third-party agencies. Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and company standards.
Track & Document Field Activity: Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and as-built records. Monitor progress and ensure proper reporting across all field activities.
Lead & Develop Field Teams: Supervise, develop, coach and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to help build a strong field team.
