Job Description:

The Patient Support Services team at Snow creates and promotes patient support programs.
Our team consists of specialists focused on helping brands deliver adherence support that meets patients' needs. The programs we design are effective because they're shaped by the people they serve.
Our behavioral and learning strategists, service designers, and content creators develop experiences. Together, we create learning, support, and adherence solutions that enhance patient outcomes and business results.
Overview
As an Associate Learning Strategist, you'll play a vital role in crafting patient-centric education materials, ensuring health literacy and accessibility. In this position, you'll discover valuable insights on patient populations, assess material understandability, and collaborate with internal teams. You'll apply the inQ framework in the strategic development process and foster inclusivity and consciousness both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Assist in customizing Learning Design Guidelines, conducting market research, and summarizing findings.
Ensure learning design guidelines are integrated into creative materials, recommending clear approaches.
Evaluate tactics for engagement, understanding, and actionability, grounding content in insights.
Support brand strategists with learning needs-based perspectives, applying insights to recommendations.
Present findings confidently, maintaining productive internal relationships and representing learning strategy expertise.
Participate in workshops, new business pitches, and internal onboarding, fostering inclusive learning environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field; Master's degree in Education/Promotion or Health Studies preferred.
Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification or eligibility.
Prior internship experience.
Proficience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Efficienct project management and creative problem-solving skills.
Expertise in health literacy guidance. $60,000-$70,000
