Job description

NEP is transforming how the world experiences live sports and entertainment through our Global Media Solutions Ecosystem. As the growth engine behind this transformation, our Connected Solutions group delivers centralized production, cloud-based workflows, and connectivity solutions for some of the world's largest broadcasters, streamers and leagues.

We're looking for a Director & Site Manager to lead our Los Angeles Connected Solutions facilitya critical hub within NEP's connected production ecosystem.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, client service, and team development. You'll be responsible for ensuring the facility operates at the highest standards while creating an environment where employees, clients, and partners can succeed. Salary is $140,000 - $160,000 per year.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day operations for NEP's Los Angeles Connected Solutions facility
  • Drive operational excellence across engineering, technical operations, production support, TOC operations, and facility management
  • Serve as the senior on-site leader and primary operational escalation point for clients
  • Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
  • Partner with engineering, production, sales, account management, and leadership teams to optimize workflows, utilization, and customer delivery
  • Manage facility budgets, staffing resources, operational expenses, and future growth planning
  • Support major live events, customer-critical workflows, and multi-site productions across NEP's Connected Solutions network
What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years of experience in live production, broadcast operations, streaming operations, technical operations, media facilities, venue operations, or related operational leadership roles
  • Proven success leading teams in high-pressure, client-facing environments
  • Experience managing facilities, control rooms, TOCs/NOCs, production operations, or similar live media environments preferred
  • Strong customer-service mindset and experience supporting major clients and high-profile productions
  • Familiarity with centralized production, REMI workflows, IP-based production, cloud-based workflows, or live event operations is a plus
  • Experience managing budgets, staffing plans, vendors, and operational priorities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
