Integr8staff is looking for an Talent Acquisition Assistantto support our talent outreach and acquisition efforts via creative sourcing, online marketing, market research, industry mapping, and building partnerships with other organizations. As we continue to grow locally, we are seeking a candidate to partner with the executive team in supporting the Los Angeles market.
This person will have a real and meaningful impact at Integr8staff because of the way we market our service and content is integral to the success of the business. We're seeking someone who has the desire to utilize their communication skills and digital marketing/ research understanding to discover market share gain opportunities and talented candidates throughout the region.
Basic Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Internship
Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of email marketing tools; e-blasts, HTML, social media marketing, SEO
Strong telemarketing skills, phone etiquette, with the willingness to make up to 50 calls daily.
Must be highly computer savvy; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, marketing tools - a MUST
Strong data entry; minimum of 55 WPM
Preferred Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Internship
Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the business
Background in sourcing, HR, and/or recruiting and/or PR/Marketing experience is a plus
A natural inclination to work within a culture that is fast-paced, dynamic, and especially autonomous

Ability to combine business acumen with strong influencing skills to advise stakeholders and partners
Ability to get scrappy as needed
