ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - (based on area of assignment)

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support day-to-day activities and projects.
  • Research competitors, industry and market trends to provide insight and recommendations.
  • Collect and analyze data, and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide general support, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining documents.
  • Interact with team and external partners, both verbally and in writing, to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Take part in various special projects and/or assignments and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.
  • Ability to work and interact well with others.

Administrative:
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Help manage shared calendars for team members.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests. Ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and workshops.

Finance/Accounting:
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist in internal and external audit preparations. Ensure all necessary documentation and records are maintained accurately.
  • Monitor and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Information Technology:
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications, including operating systems and productivity tools.
  • Create and update IT documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and system configurations.
  • Participate in testing of software, hardware, processes to ensure functionality and meeting of requirements.
  • Support IT projects such as system upgrades, hardware deployments, and software rollouts.

Technical:
  • Provide technical support to engineers and technical professionals. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and finding solutions.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Assist in the development and testing of prototypes or proof-of-concept projects; may require going to the production floor to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the technical work environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Current enrollment or recent graduate in a related degree program.
Experience: No previous experience required.
