Technical Analyst Position Overview:

TheTechnicalAnalyst is akeymember of our implementation team, working tocollaborateinternally andwithNetsmart'sclients to configureintegrations and dataexchangesbetweenElectronic Health Record (EHR) software,additional software systems, and 3rdparty services. This role will alsotrain staff to effectively use the features and functionalityof the solutions and integrations. Associates in this roleapply their knowledge and experience withinformation technology systems, data tools, analysis, andsoftware architecture and programing tothink creatively, provide excellent communication on project and task status, and learn the solutions assigned in order to teach and train endusers.. This role willworkbothinan office environment as well astraveltoaclient site. You will work in conjunction with other consulting members, as well as designated client representatives, on a daily basis. Requirements:

  • Rising Senior or Rising Junior with graduation date for bachelors or masters of December 2027, May 2028, December 2028, May 2029

  • Strongcomputer skills (e.g.Microsoft Office Suite, particularlyExcel, orother applications)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and being comfortable presenting to audiences

  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Demonstrates achievement in academics, internships, co-ops, or other work experience (preferably involving business, clinical, analytical, and/or technical coursework)

  • BA/ BS degree inManagement Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar
