Job description

Are you looking to gain hands-on IT experience in a professional setting? Join our IT team as an IT Intern and support daily operations while developing your technical skills. We are seeking a motivated student currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related degree program who is eager to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world environment.


As an IT Intern, you will provide first-level technical support, assist in hardware and software installations, troubleshoot computer and system issues, and support IT projects and system updates. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your problem-solving skills and gain experience in security, backup procedures, and IT infrastructure.


What You'll Gain:

Goals & Responsibilities:

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:


Provide first-level technical support to staff.

Assist in implementing security and backup procedures.


Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

Enrollment in an IT, Computer Science, or related degree program.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.


Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Windows operating system.

Experience with troubleshooting and technical support.

Internship Details:

Position: Full or Part-Time Internship

Duration: 3 months full-time, with an optional part-time extension during the school year.

Location: Waukesha (On-Site)
