These internships help participants develop valuable skills for a career in technology sales and provide insights into how computer retailers and vendors operate.

Training often includes shadowing senior sales staff, participating in team meetings, and completing e-learning modules. This supportive environment ensures you gain practical skills and confidence to interact with customers and contribute to sales goals.

Sales Intern

Company: DeBerry Federal
Compensation: Performance-Based (Commission/Paid on Closed Deals)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible

About the Opportunity

DeBerry Federal is looking for ambitious, self-motivated Sales Interns who want real-world B2B sales experience and unlimited earning potential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sales, business development, or government contracting.

You'll receive qualified sales leads, product training, and ongoing support. Your primary responsibility is to introduce small businesses to DeBerry Federal and help them transition from competing platforms such as Bloomberg Government and GovWin to the DeBerry Federal platform.

The more deals you close that generate company profits, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned SBA-based businesses using provided sales leads.
  • Introduce businesses to the benefits of the DeBerry Federal platform.
  • Explain the advantages of switching from Bloomberg Government and GovWin.
  • Schedule demonstrations and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

What We Provide

  • Qualified sales leads
  • Product and sales training
  • Sales scripts and marketing materials
  • Mentorship and ongoing coaching
  • Flexible remote work schedule
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Requirements

  • Must have your own computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners by phone and email.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and follow the sales process.
  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This is a performance-based internship.

Interns are compensated when they successfully close deals that generate profits for DeBerry Federal. There is no cap on earnings. Individuals with a strong work ethic and consistent follow-up can build a substantial income while gaining valuable B2B sales experience.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys talking with business owners.
  • Is competitive and goal-oriented.
  • Wants to develop professional sales skills.
  • Is motivated by performance-based income.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.

Why Join DeBerry Federal?

At DeBerry Federal, you'll gain hands-on experience selling a solution that helps businesses compete more effectively for federal opportunities. Instead of cold-starting your own prospecting efforts, you'll receive leads, training, and a proven process to help you succeed. If you're willing to put in the effort and consistently follow up with prospects, this internship offers the opportunity to earn meaningful income while building valuable B2B sales experience.
