Job description

DD2 Graphics produces large scale custom displays for the exhibit and event industry. The majority of our work is produced for Fortune 500 companies. We are a young, fast-growing company. The environment is fast paced, friendly and very team oriented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Creates models for client approval based upon client-provided drawings.
  • Creates shop drawings and templates based upon approved model. Creates clear and concise depictions of all project components and presents in a manner that is easily buildable.
  • Answers any questions that may come from the shop concerning drawings.
  • Creates set-up drawings for the end user or client that accurately depicts how the product is to be assembled in an easily understood manner.
  • Reviews project with other departments. Answers questions and provides assistance as needed.
  • Provides follow up on the build process as needed.

Education and/or Experience

Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field; or 3+ years of experience in CAD detailing.
  • Experience with 3D modeling, spatial visualization, and understanding of metal fabrication techniques.
  • Proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under dynamic schedule constraints and consistently meet deliverable timelines.
