Qorvo's Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full-time opportunities, as available.

Qorvo's Applications Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors and Global Operations business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Automating testing with RF instruments
  • Automating data extraction from instruments
  • Manually testing with RF instruments such as spectrum analyzer or network analyzer
  • Analyzing and summarizing data
  • Developing presentations based on data
  • Comparing performance characteristics of our parts to competitor parts
  • Simulating and designing RF networks
  • Creating marketing collateral including datasheets or application notes
  • Automating creation of design review documents from simulation tools and/or databases
  • Original test assembly drawing design
  • Reviewing and updating internal and customer product specifications

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a BS, or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.3
  • Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, C#
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-Starter with good communication skills
  • Ability to summarize and present in an effective manner
  • Desire for a career related to RF Engineering

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location) 

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
