Our internships span a variety of business areas and are open to rising seniors in undergraduate programs. Designed to support both personal and professional growth, the 10-week summer program runs from early June through mid-August in one of our four corporate offices in the Chicagoland area.

Job Description

ASoftware Development Intern at Medline will work on projects to enhance our Manufacturing applications to drive efficiency within our teams. They will partner with business sponsors, analysts, developers, and management to lead their project to success.

Examples of possible projects include:

  • Implementation of new features/enhancements to existing IS applications
  • SAP S4HANA rollouts
  • Implement robotic process automation to reduce manual processes within the team
  • Help map out processes and identify opportunities for improvement to documentation and the flow of data through the business systems

Qualifications:

  • Junior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Background in SAP Manufacturing/Supply Chain/EWM processes or Computer Science
  • Strong leadership abilities and demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organization, communication, data analysis and follow up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
