Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Project management and coordination of different teams (Chinese team and US team) to communicate design proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on-site engineering activities and follow up on action items
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Strong AutoCAD understanding

  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:
Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and a performance bonus package based on annual objective achievement. Our generous benefits package includes a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/life/disability program, PTO, and sick days. This is a full-time position.
