The Opportunity:

At Brkthru, growth is driven by insight-led sales conversations, and our Sales Development team helps prepare and qualify opportunities that move those conversations forward. As a Sales Development Intern, you’ll support sales strategy through research, data analysis, and pitch preparation.


You’ll help research potential clients and industries, interpret media and audience insights, and organize information that supports outreach and sales conversations. This internship is a great fit for a student interested in digital advertising, media strategy, research, and sales development who wants to learn how data and storytelling support business growth.


What you’ll do:

  • Support day-to-day Sales Development workflows, including strategy requests and recurring research tasks.
  • Conduct audience, market, and media research to support sales strategy and prospecting.
  • Assist in building out training materials, collect training feedback, and helping to create training modules.
  • Use research platforms to gather and interpret data related to media trends, audience behavior, and competitive insights.
  • Turn research findings into clear summaries, charts, and narratives for sales use.
  • Assist with process improvements, documentation, and routine sales support.
  • Gain exposure to AI-enabled research tools and workflows.
  • Other ad hoc projects to support sales development initiatives.

Other Details:

This is a paid internship compensated at an hourly rate of 13.73 per hour. Interns may work up to 20 hours per week, with a typical schedule averaging 15–20 hours per week, depending on workload and individual availability.


This is a Fall 2026 Internship opportunity starting in September 2026 and ending in December 2026.
