Responsibilities
  • Complete the HLEC Launch program and apply its principles in daily activities.
  • Implement HLEC lead-generation systems consistently each week.
  • Advise prospective buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and help them identify suitable properties.
  • Represent buyers and sellers throughout negotiations, advocating for their interests and securing favorable terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks, client interactions, and activities within HLEC Technology.
  • Host at least two open houses each month and follow up with attendees and prospects.
  • Turn prospecting and lead-generation efforts into qualified appointments and new business opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls in accordance with team standards.
  • Guide sellers through pricing, staging, marketing, and other listing services while converting consultations into signed listings.
