Position Overview As Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a dual role combining hands-on legal expertise with operational leadership.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the Legal Team's day-to-day activities while personally handling complex commercial real estate files. Key Responsibilities Draft/negotiate CRE documents (leases, LOIs, etc.) Advise internal teams and clients Track legal/regulatory developments, manage workflow, allocation, priorities Lead, mentor, and support legal team Drive best practices and performance Liaise with clients and external counsel Desired Candidate 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate law Experience with commercial lease drafting Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Proven experience in leading legal teams Collaborative, client-focused, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Bilingual (French & English), with strong written and oral communication skills
