We are seeking a Product Development intern or co-op at our Steven's Point mill throughout 2026. This role could be an internship or co-op depending on school schedule and availability. This individual will gain hands-on learning carrying out product development studies and special projects. You will be an active participant in our team with the opportunity to also support Product Development paper machine trial activity. We offer the opportunityto work in an engaged, team-focused environment while building related skills and experience for your future.
Pay Rate:
  • $22.00 per hour

Requirements:
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a part-time basis
  • Enrolled in Paper Science & Engineering or Chemical Engineering degree program
  • Living in a commutable distance to Stevens Point, WI
  • Strong desire to work within a fast-faced office environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong technical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills
