National Fuel is currently seeking to fill the below internship within the Information Technology department for the Fall 2026 semester.
Internship Description:
InfoSec Analyst
Assist with:
  • Advisory analysis and response
  • Threat analysis (investigation of potential cyber security threats)
  • Use of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) product - monitoring, and tuning
  • InfoSec related employee awareness and training
  • Endpoint protection analysis and response
  • Phishing campaigns

Qualifications:
  • Jr. or Sr. undergraduate student pursuing a degree/concentration in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems; preferred concentration in Cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with computers with an understanding of basic office automation and application development concepts
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

Compensation:
  • The base pay for this position is $20/hr.
