Job description

We're working with a growing aerospace manufacturer that is expanding its machining team and looking for skilled CNC Machinists on both 1st and 2nd shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company known for producing high-precision components for the aerospace industry while offering excellent long-term career potential.

Areas of Experience We’re Seeking
  • CNC Milling
  • CNC Lathe / Turning
  • CNC Grinding
  • 3, 4, or 5-Axis Machining
  • Machine Setup
  • CNC Programming (for select openings)
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $25-$38/hr (based on experience)
  • Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift and Weekend shift
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Overtime opportunities and shift differentials available for select positions
What You'll Be Doing
  • Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture complex aerospace components
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
  • Verify part quality using precision measuring instruments
  • Produce parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For
  • Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
  • Experience maintaining close tolerances and quality standards
  • Aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision-machining experience is highly valued
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
