Job description

Position: CNC Machine Operators
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Location: University Park, IL
Schedule/Shift Details:
  • The position is scheduled for Monday to Friday, with the last Saturday of each month required.
  • Occasionally, work may extend to the 3rd Saturday of the month.
  • Possible 10-hour shifts may be available.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $21/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Manual Lathes, and Grinders.
  • Machining parts according to drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
  • Read blueprints and technical instructions for machine setup and operation.
  • Perform machine calibrations, tool offsets, and program edits.
  • Maintain production records and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a CNC or machine operator.
  • Basic math and blueprint reading skills.
  • Technical training preferred.
  • Experience with CNC programming, machine setup, and manual lathe/mill operations.

Skills:
  • Micrometer reading and precision measurement.
  • CNC machine setup and operation.
  • Programming and editing machine programs.
  • Blueprint interpretation.
  • Working knowledge of G and M codes, tooling, and machining processes.
