• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs using a diverse range of techniques, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to the treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment techniques, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to promote continued recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize patient treatment.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development.

The patient population at Flex Well Wellness Clinic includes individuals of all ages who present with a variety of orthopedic issues, ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic musculoskeletal pain. Our therapists take pride in developing strong relationships with patients, ensuring a personalized approach to care that acknowledges each individual’s unique background and rehabilitation goals.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and basic computer skills to document treatment plans and patient progress.
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement in clinical practice.

• Although prior work experience is not mandatory, any clinical rotation or internship experience in orthopedic settings will be considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple patient caseloads effectively.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a desire to collaborate with healthcare teams.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, contingent on experience and qualifications. Along with a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
