The Behavioral Wellness Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. • Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to clients, addressing a range of emotional and social issues.
• Conduct training and workshops for interns and students, ensuring they meet the necessary state and federal compliance standards.
• Maintain meticulous and audit-compliant records for each intern, ensuring accurate documentation of their performance and clinical deliverables.
• Actively participate in the evaluation of intern performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary and preparing thorough documentation.
• Monitor intern caseloads and collaborate with supervisors across the organization to align clinical objectives with organizational goals.
• Engage in regular audits and quality assurance processes to uphold agency standards and funding requirements.
• Attend relevant program and agency meetings, contributing insights and sharing updates on clinical practices.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our electronic health record system, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Provide clinical consultation in both crisis and non-crisis situations, utilizing best practices to support clients and their families.
• Manage the intern recruitment process, which includes leading interviews, onboarding new staff, and promoting recruitment events.
• Support interns to complete all required documentation for their respective universities and for compliance with BWC standards.

Your work will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional and social challenges. You will play a key role in helping these clients navigate their difficulties, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance their coping mechanisms and social functioning.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related mental health field is required.
• Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Proficiency in providing telehealth services effectively.
• Must currently reside in the United States and have a reliable internet connection.

• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, specifically the AWARDS platform.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor interns and students in clinical practice.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
