Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status, utilizing established diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform individualized treatment planning.

  • Implement evidence-based practices to foster positive patient outcomes, continually assessing progress and adapting interventions as necessary to address changing needs.

  • Document all treatment records, reports, and correspondence with precision and within designated timelines, adhering to all regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

  • Collaborate closely with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and cultural backgrounds, such as creating objectives focused on symptom reduction and enhancing overall wellness.

  • Serve as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers, coordinating referrals and ensuring a smooth transition between various levels of care.
