Job Title: Associate Director of Campus Ministry for Liturgy, Faith Formation, and Vincentian Initiatives
Reports to: Director of Campus Ministry for Liturgy, Faith Formation, and Mission Communication
Ensure all student and logistical operations are prepared and functioning, including but not limited to checking-in and briefing all liturgical ministers, music ministry, sacristans; as well as communicating any special arrangements to the priest celebrant before Mass.
Assist at liturgical celebrations and at special Masses with tasks such as but not limited to, checking in participants and priests, coordinating ushers, ensuring participant preparedness day-of.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday 8:30 a.m.- 12p.m.; Sunday 5:00 p.m. - 8:00p.m. This position can require longer-than-normal-work-day-hours, as well as, weekend work.
Travel is primarily local and may include visits to regional Vincentian-affiliated sites.
