Sr. RPA Engineer - AA

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in Process Automation (RPA)
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Automation Anywhere (AA) Experience as a Lead/senior in an Enterprise RPA CoE
  • Experience in AA and its tools/features including A11/A360/AARI/Control Room/Queue and such as a senior developer
  • Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing
  • Strong technical experience in architecting and building end-to-end solutions
  • Experience with Business and Technical requirements
  • Strong understanding of XML and XSD structures
  • Understanding and building custom APIs
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end including UAT & hyper care
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Solid Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement and learning
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of clients and vendors across multiple disciplines
  • Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications/data structures) and their associated relationships.
