Work Environment

This role is primarily remote with flexible hours, facilitating a balance between professional and personal commitments. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients needing mental health support, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach that reflects diverse backgrounds and special needs.
  • Continuously evaluate patient progress through regular follow-up sessions, adapting interventions based on documented results and adjusting care plans as needed to achieve desired patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using electronic health record systems in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Engage collaboratively with fellow healthcare providers and educational personnel to coordinate comprehensive care solutions and facilitate effective patient referrals.
  • Engage in mentoring activities, providing educational support to students, interns, and volunteers to foster a culture of learning within the organization.
  • Participate in peer review and clinical collaboration, guided by clinical supervisors, aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of team members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily support individuals and families dealing with the complex emotional and psychological implications of a cancer diagnosis. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, complemented by a competitive benefits package.
