Reports to: Sr. Marketing Communications Manager or Performance Marketing Manager

Office Hours: Part time through August; Typical hours are Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Your Role.

As a Marketing Intern, you support marketing initiatives across the brands that Framebrand supports, including Signal, Filtergo, and Next In Leadership, by assisting with content development, communications, analytics, social media, and audience engagement efforts.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing while allowing you to develop a primary area of focus based on business needs and individual strengths. Internship focus areas may include paid social content, communications and writing, podcast and social media support, or analytics and marketing coordination.

What You’ll Do in This Role.

You will contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives while developing a primary focus in one or more of the following areas:

Paid Social Content and Campaign Support

  • Assist with development of content and creative concepts for paid social campaigns
  • Capture short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Support creation of social-first video content aligned with current platform trends
  • Research audience trends, creator styles, and content formats

Content Writing and Communications

  • Write and edit blog posts, website copy, email communications, and marketing materials
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining consistency in messaging and brand voice across brands
  • Help organize content calendars and communication workflows

Podcast and Social Media Support

  • Research podcast opportunities aligned with leadership, entrepreneurship, business ownership, and franchising audiences
  • Assist with podcast outreach, scheduling, and booking coordination
  • Support social media content planning, posting, and engagement efforts
  • Help organize podcast and social media tracking and reporting

Analytics and Marketing Coordination

  • Track campaign and marketing performance metrics across platforms
  • Assist with reporting related to leads, engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance
  • Help organize marketing dashboards and reporting data
  • Support day-to-day marketing coordination and project management activities

Qualifications/Knowledge.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, communications, content development or social media marketing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting preferred
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, franchising, or business growth preferred
  • Willing to contribute to a team-focused culture built on collaboration and accountability
