Performs root cause analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and drafts manuals and guides to formalize updated business practices.
Designs and conducts broad, complex management studies addressing evolving requirements, legislation, and overlapping functions, and proposes actionable management solutions. Develops and implements special projects, including strategies to track and execute recommendations. Provides expert guidance to the Mayor, City Administrator, ORM, and District agencies on insurance and risk programs, including related financial and legal matters impacting an $11 billion budget and approximately 35,000 employees.
