Aero Performance Group is seeking an ambitious and motivated Building Performance Project Engineer to join our growing Building Operational Performance team.


This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in HVAC systems, commissioning, energy performance, building automation, facility operations, sustainability, and high-performance buildings.


You will work alongside experienced engineers and project managers helping healthcare systems, commercial real estate owners, universities, laboratories, and industrial facilities improve how their buildings operate.

What is Building Operational Performance?


Building Operational Performance focuses on improving how facilities function throughout their lifecycle through:

What You'll Do


  • Support Project Managers and senior engineers on building performance projects.
  • Participate in site visits, field investigations, functional testing, and system assessments.

  • Assist with commissioning and retro-commissioning activities.
  • Help develop reports, technical documentation, and client deliverables.

Qualifications


Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in:
