What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of the management team, supporting daily operations and helping deliver the kind of guest experience people talk about and come back for. You'll lead with consistency, show up for your team every single day, and help build a restaurant that runs with pride and purpose.


More specifically, you will:

  • Support the hiring, training, scheduling, and development of hourly team members
  • Set clear expectations so each shift runs smoothly and the team knows exactly what success looks like
  • Hold hourly team members accountable through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging environment at all times
  • Report performance updates, action plans, and goals to the General Manager
  • Work a minimum of 45 hours per week with flexibility during peak seasons as business needs require


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine investment in the people around you
  • Solid time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with computer-based reporting and communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
