If your brain is constantly saying "Wait, that would be a great TikTok..." this might be the job for you.
DiBella's is looking for a creative, social media obsessed content machine to join us this fall and help take our social channels to the next level.
We are not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk making boring graphics all day. We want someone who wants to get in the action. Someone who can walk into a restaurant, spot content opportunities instantly, and turn everyday moments into fun, engaging videos people actually want to watch.
You will be helping create the face and voice of DiBella's online while bringing fresh energy, strategy, and creativity to everything we post.
What You'll Do
  • Create scroll stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more
  • Visit DiBella's restaurants to film food, guests, team members, and behind the scenes content
  • Shoot and edit short form videos that fit today's social trends
  • Plan and schedule all organic social content
  • Respond to followers and engage with guests online in the DiBella's voice
  • Brainstorm fresh ideas to make our content better, stronger, and more creative
  • Help build a smarter strategy behind what we post and why

Requirements
