Our Rockrimmon site inColorado Springs,COisseekingadetail-oriented and analyticalSystems Engineerto help define, document,maintainand improvethecore manufacturingsystemsdriving ouroperationalexcellence, including MES, LIMS, and SPC.This rolecatalyzes the link betweenoperationsrequirementsand system capability/scalabilitytoenabledata-driven operations across the site.

WhatYou'llDo:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new and existing software systems.

  • Analyze current workflows andidentifyopportunities for process improvement and automation.

  • Assistin the design and validation of system flows, user interfaces, and data structures.

  • Develop andmaintaindetailed documentation including process maps, user stories, test cases, andprocedures.

  • Support software testing(UAT)efforts by defining quality criteria, executing test plans, and trackingresults andissues.

  • Consistent and direct engagement with users to ensure system capabilities are fully understood andutilized.

  • Keep manufacturing systems running smoothly by resolving a wide range of issues, evaluating identifiable factors to devise effective solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Runmaterials management processestoidentify opportunities for improvementand identify consistent issues.Create reports and methodologiesto help team reconcileerrors between MES and SAP efficiently.

  • Partner with global teams tohelpevaluate solutions and support the implementation of new digital capabilities at the site.

  • Help tobuild custom reports and user interfaces to enable operational execution.

  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems,Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering,or a related fieldwith 1-3yearsofexperience.Internship and co-op experience will be highly considered.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality management systems (QMS).

  • Excellent computer skills withproficiencyin MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Experience with ERP system (SAP Preferred).

  • Experience with ERP, MES,SPCorLIMSsystems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Desire to learn, ask questions, and enablecollective success.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

  • Experience with Camline, Ignition, Critical Manufacturing, Sample Manager, SAP

  • Previousexperience in manufacturing operations and/oramanufacturing operations support role (i.e.manufacturing planning, industrial engineering, materials management)

  • Understanding ofdata modeling and basic SQLisa plus.
