Office Administrator (Entry-Level)

Boomi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic and fun-loving team of professionals. This role is based in our New York City office and supports daily office operations, project teams, and company leadership.

Job Responsibilities

The Office Administrator will support smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while learning and growing within the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Office Operations and Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and general coordination.
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for documents, templates, and records.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees, including coordinating office setup and required documentation.

Marketing and Project Management Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to engineers, project managers, and leadership, including support with invoice processing, expense tracking, and internal administrative workflows.
  • Provide support with maintaining project related compliance reports/forms, insurance certificates, and contract related documents.
  • Provide support in preparing proposals and responding to RFPs by updating staff resumes, project sheets, and related qualification materials.

Qualifications and Skills

Specific qualifications and skills desired include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, linguistics, office management, or in a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role (internships and part-time experience included).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
