Sales Development Representative (SDR)

  • Outbound Pipeline Sourcing: Proactively connect with church leaders across the country through phone, email, video, and social outreach.
  • Qualifying & Booking: Identify ministry needs, qualify potential fit, and schedule highquality appointments for our Account Executives.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Work handinhand with AEs, AMs, and marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and tight account coverage.
  • Message Innovation: Experiment with new messaging, value propositions, and outreach strategies to boost engagement.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of conversations, activities, and prospect data in HubSpot/Salesforce.

  • 02 years of sales, business development, or customerfacing experience (internships and entrylevel applicants welcomed!).
  • Experience with sales engagement tools or CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Background in church ministry, Christian education, or nonprofit leadership.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, EdTech, or subscriptionbased models.
